Basically yeah
As long as the pots ya get look nice and have a nice thick bottom so you're not burning everything , they don't warp etc.
Get a nice cast iron pan for fryin , and maybe a nice teflon for eggs and shit ( Not if you have any birds though
) and you're golden.
