How are the GFY rules on this anyway? Isn't the post that "stays" the winner the actual winner? Does it really matter who had the winner post for like 2 seconds?

The winner is the one that ends up in the winning spot.
Some times it can take hours or days to settle down sometimes it keeps dancing.
