    Forum for NATS questions?

    Hey All,

    I know that NATS has its own support knowledgebase and ticket system, but does anyone out there know of an open forum where people discuss NATS?

    Sometimes it's just so hard to get good help ;)

              Does anyone out there know of a company that provides hands-on support with the software? Or maybe an outsourced webmaster that has extensive knowledge of NATS?

                  there aren't any that I could find, I wish there was one when I setup last month, if you got any questions I can try and answer over IM and give ya some tips.

                          Well one of the questions I have right now.. is when setting up Netbilling as a biller, isn't there a way where the user can be sent straight from our join page to Netbilling's secure join page?

                          Right now when I try, I'm getting sent to a NATs-generated gateway page.. which isn't secure. I'm just hoping that there is a way where we can send the user straight to Netbilling, as we do with CCBill.

                              Hi,

                              There is. NATS is integrated with Netbilling in both remote mode (our secure hosted join forms) or Direct mode, (you host the form). It sounds to me as you are in dirtect mode and weant to switch to remote mode. Is that the case?

                                  There is a special man out there that does do this type of work. : )

                                  I'll show him the thread tonight at home! Heh ...

                                  TheDoc has done a lot of customizations as well as has a NATS manual, templates, and add ons. Some include POTD script, RSS Feed script, stat customization, or complete NATS setup. Pretty much anything you need NATS wise, he can do for you.
