I sent them money for a design a few months ago. The guy disappeared off ICQ for a few weeks and than reappeared and promised me the work a few days later. After that he disappeared again on ICQ and when he was on, he wouldn`t return my messages. I used him before for a $1000 project followed by a $300 project which were very high quality work and delivered as promised. This one is only for a couple hundred dollars. Has anyone seen him or no how I can contact him?
