      I don't see much wrong with it. Most look over 18 and the links go to sites with legal models.

                              Joe I love your site a ton man but just to be fair here... you have a section entitled Drugs & Marijuana

                              The sites he links to are not illegal from what I can tell. Unethical(not professional) yes but when you run a site called TheUncensored you should expect stuff like this.

                                      don't Joe - i just clicked links on that page that led to underage NN sites.

                                      nice to see so many fine sponsors on that page mixed in with the creepy sites.

                                      and that's where the NN world began and i guess it still has its ties to it. sad.

                                          I hate it when it's an ethical vs legal question.

                                          We are pornographers. It is not our job to worry about ethics.

                                          So check out the links, make sure there is nothing that can put you in jail or jepordize your money.

                                          If find there is no legal of financial risk, then you are you free to list them.

                                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                                                              I don't see anything illegal.... BUT........

                                                              It's ummmm Shit.....

                                                              Despite the fact that they aren't nude and there is no sex in the photos. They are still pornographic.

                                                              On a personal level.... And I don't often admit having personal feelings in this biz. I doubt I would be too comfortable associating with them.

                                                                              damn! what a question... there is no nudity of CP on the sites that they link to. But they are pretty creepy... kind of like for freaks that like kids to visit.
                                                                              But if you think it'd be profitable for you to link to them, then do it. I didn't see anything ilegal on any of the links on their pages (freaky and not-too-ethical, yes, but not ilegal).

                                                                                                      Its all about responsibility. You simply dont mix 5 year old kids with porn sites, or push traffic from porn sites, because it gives a terrible wrong impression - NN or not!
                                                                                                      Ask yourself the question why exactly those kiddy sites are listed on a pornsite...

                                                                                                          The responsibilty is with the parents don't you think? Many, if not most, of these sites are made by the parents of these children. And if not the parents directly then in-directly because they bring them to the photographers, etc.

                                                                                                          I'm of this opinion.

                                                                                                          I am a captiatlist and a pornographer and it is not my job to worry about ethics or un-ethics. And as far as responsibity issues are concern... I'm believe that pornography occupies the same place of cigarettes and alcohol. The consumer is the one that has the burdon of acting responsible and not using these products.

                                                                                                                                                      Take a look around. Technically that banner is not illegal and some of these dipshits would move in to market sites like that with 18+ sites.
                                                                                                                                                      It happens more than one would think and some American companies out there allow it to happen.
