cocky... I guess you did this but just to make sure... did you compare the numbers in StatsRemote to the numbers in your MFM stats? I ask because we got a few error reports from people that have issues with sponsors that use Executive Stats. They work fine in StatsRemote for some people while they don't seem to work properly for others. It seems like some of the programs that use Executive Stats have different stats formats for different account. I don't know if this is the case with MFM though but we already had to code a custom routine for another sponsor.

You're making that much money and you're still looking at ratios? Why? Look at the amount of money you're making per click. That's what's important. You made 38 cents a click last month. And for this week, you're at 32 cents a click.
Regardless of what the ratios show, that's not a huge drop. If you went from 38 cents a click to 15 cents a click, then that would be cause for concern. But a minor drop like that isn't a reason to publicly attack a company's integrity (especially when you're comparing a week's worth of traffic to a month's worth of traffic, and especially when it's been a slow week at that).

That's the problem. EVERYTIME someone's sales drop they go crying to the company and telling them, "there must be a problem on your end, my sales are down." Ask it any way you like, 9 out of 10 times the person is going to come across as accusing the company of cheating them or that they are having problems, etc.. If every company had to handle all of these emails they would have to lower their pay rates to pay for that 50 person staff.
Google was fucking people with adwords in the past. What if someone kept hitting your links from different ips, what if you screwed somethign up on your end, what if your hosting is slow today. What if you just having a bad day, not catchiing the people that signup... it happens from time to time.
Do you complain to them when you have a good day. If you average 10 sales a day, some days you will get 2 and you go crying to them. On the days you get 18 sales do you contact them and tell them there most be a problem ? Do you offer to give back those extra sales, there must have been an error your stats are not allowed to fluxuate.
However, how he replied is not called for as well. I can understand his frustraition and agree with his thinking, but not his response. There is a polite/professional way to say " sorry there is nothing wrong on our end, I don't know what else to tell you' and then there is the " get the fuck, dont let the door hit you in the ass" way that only hurts the reputation of your company.

I'm guilty of this. When my sales are low, I do email my sponsors to check if there's something on their end which is the case. And about half the times there actually is a back end problem. Whether it be sales are not tracking, a processor is loading up slowly or even a technical error on the join page (Furious Male knows exactly what I'm referring to here, hehe), a lot of times it is a combination of many things that affect sales.Originally posted by will76
