What are the main tools a homeowner needs to do regular repairs?

    I got the following tools:
    - Hammer
    - Multi-head screwdriver
    - Saw
    - Measuring tape

Am I missing other importan tools ones need?

Flashlight - not necessarily a tool, but it sure helps using tools easier in the dark.

            3. Carpenter
            4. Maid.

Not necessarily in that order. And it helps if 1-3 are hot.

Kinda hard to say.. other than the basics as was already stated..

After that ya just have to go get what ya need to fix the problem at hand..
Over time you'll have pretty much everything ya need for any job..

Just don't start borrowing from neighbors, the reciprocal effect can sometimes cause hardships..
