in my opinion it's cheating. I mean if they were will to do it on cam with a girl/guy they don't know or just met who's to say that they would not do it to a girl/guy that they just saw/met on the street? What if this cam guy/girl was from the other person's town and they invited them over and they went.. It's cheating no matter how you look at it. Even if it wasn't physical it's still cheating. Are you caming with your bf/gf? No? Then you are cheating on them..
