i dont know. i get offers on a few of those. actually, i have a lot of cam domains and people contact me all the time. you can make me an offer - ICQ: 89632715 / inseattle AT hot mail dawt com
they all appreciate every year so there is not a whole lot of incentive to sell any of them unless the offers are very good and they are not going to be worth any less in 5 years so its worth paying the renewal fee's.
maybe some others here have opinions on their values. i have my own, not to mention sentimental attachments... so i am biased.
