With a send-off like that, I question whether you really wish him any luck?

Wouldn't it have been a little more professional to just say that Rinaldo is not working for you, and not even bring up "the recent events" .. which, as you can see, has everyone who doesn't know wanting to find out. I can't see how bringing this up on an industry board will help his luck in catching on somewhere else.
