i had a run in with a tough guy similar to those two a while back. tried running me off the highway in his SUV. like the Offspring song goes: "when i pull out my piece complaints cease."
legally he could have shot that guy too. if someone comes at you with a bat that is "imminent fear of your life" and you cna blast them.
