I am laughing because you said it was a scare tactic. They are not trying to scare anyone, they are sending you out a notice.... if you don't do something to make your traffic produce for them, then you will be dropped. It's straight forward, and to the point. period.
No I have never got one, and i know a lot of people who have never got one. I would say 90% of the people I know using them has never got one.
