Not difficult at all, just set aside a few hours for your first one, once you get the hang of it, you can do it rather quickly.

Check out the Niagara Flapperless toilets if you haven't bought yours yet, they scored the highest flush rating of the new low flow toilets.

I know this thread was a joke but in response to mandy's inquiry. its not too bad to install a new one. the hardest part is getting the wax seal in place correctly, then the rest is just alot of retightening fittings from the existing plumbing back into the new toilet.
