    Any GFY'ers go to chiropractors?

    I'll lay it out short and sweet..

    Always had back pain for long as i can remember even when i was a kid i got bad back pain, Progressed more and more in life and about 2 months ago i got smashed under a metal rack by a stand-up forklift..

    I'm thinking about going to a chiropractor and like to hear some stuff if they helped (you).. I used to get my back popped by some gymnist girls i fucked around with but sense i dont talk to them no more i cant get the work over ;) so i must pay money to get my neck and back popped...

    I know alot of people think chiropractors are bullshit, I guess that is all true if you never have back pain besides the normal pain from life, But when you got backpain and get your neck or back popped its heaven, I think its better than taking 180mgs of oxycontin or morphine when you have serious back pain.. Relief is my natural drug..

    So lets discuss..

      He did wonders for me...that guy would put me in this big bear hug while I was on my back and then lean on me and my back would sound like a string of black cats going of on the 4th of July.

              I've been to chiropractors many times, they made my back feel better, bottom line it worked for me and a good # of other people I know...

              however, like with any profession, there are some real wack jobs and some great ones, do some research in your area, try to get some referals locally from friends or family...

                  No.. Chi's can't prescribe narcotic painkillers

                      I had back problems a couple of years ago. My problem, apparently, was an inactive transversus abdominus. The chiropractor i saw offered relief, but it was only temporary. He gave me some exercises to do, and they did help, but i decided to try out pilates. The exercises were similar, but more of them and more intense. I haven't had back problems since.

                      So in my experience. A chiropractor can help, but i think the most important thing is the exercises he gives you to do afterwards and maybe looking into something yourself to improve the condition of your body.

                              I had some major backpain when I lifted something the wrong way, went to the doc... told me to stay in bed 6 weeks but nothing was solved. Went to the chiropractor the next week *CRACK* problem solved. It's truely amazing... it feels like they break your back but after a few days it clears up and all the pain is gone
