Hi, plenty of traffic available at those sort of prices but you just need to be aware of what you are buying for that money. For a prescription type product, anything which is blind type traffic (404 or pop / exit traffic from an unrelated type site would not be recommended because of the nature of the product that you are looking to advertise).

Better options would be something targeted with that sort of theme (any traffic from similar type sites or if it was enlargement type pills for example then any site frequented by adult males could be a good source).
