Exactly, and it is finally available and working effectively. I remember reading books that mentioned video phones as the future when I was a kid.

Ojo has been in the works since 1995, and I'm glad I can now be part of this revolution and not only enjoy the product, but also make some big $$ off of it. It's definitely worth trying.

i think ojO's will sell like a sonofabitch man. The technology is soooooo much better that the "video phones" of the past.

this looks to be as popular and successful as web tv!
SIG TOO SMALL! Maximum 1200x600 button and no more than 30 text lines of ALL SIZES and COLORS. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 6240x4800 instead of a 1024x800.

So, you are trying to play pump and dump on GFY with WGAT or what? That's origional!

I mean, it's vaguely neat, but you are a *BIT* over eager on a company like this. It's just a video phone.

It's 5 years at least until these things become popular, and even that would require major subsidys by the VOIP companies to make it take off. No way in hell are these guys going to sell a boatload of these things this year.

Also, if the things are for sale now, can you post the link to where I can buy one? (because I can't find the link, not because I'm buying one)

LOL. Right, like GFY will move the market. Get real, stop playing it smart Just trying to give some of you a heads-up on an upcoming best-seller. There's enough money on the table for everyone. I don't start a new thread every day. Those interested visit this thread for updates, so give me a break and stop thinking conspiracy all the time. Either do your DD and join the investors in this early stage or just become yet another Ojo user next year when Comcast offers this phone and ask yourself why the hell you missed yet another opportunity.

It's not just a video phone. It's a revolution that will make investors shit loads of $$.

I posted the phone number in an earlier post. 1-877-466-8646, but they seem to only accomodate pre-orders entered on the Motorola site in the past few weeks (https://secure.indigoproductions.com.../register.html).

I am watching the stock but I am not about to jump in yet.

Today its down over 2.5% with very low volume on an up day in the market. Seems like some pump and dump action is going on across the boards.

For me it means cheap prices as I accumulate more and more shares, so I don't mind. Let the day traders and MMs play with it... I'm in for long run

Hey, all I know is you had a differetn thread a few weeks ago talking about how it was on 24, and the stock was going through the roof. It's trading below that level now. Also, your posts sound a lot like a typical pumper on any of the stock boards You haven't given any new information, just a LOT of the same info ;)

People keep asking the SAME questions I give new information as it becomes available.

It's now down a little after climbing more than 50% in 2 weeks. Normal pullback. I posted on KRL's board when it was at $3.9 (reached $6 this week). Did I pump & dump there? (only about 8 people read my thread) LOL. I merely enjoy posting on these 2 boards and discussing investments. Or do you prefer yet another ******* thread?

I was there with TASR and had no problems sharing my thoughts with my friends. Those who listened made a SHIT LOAD of money with their stock. History repeats itself with Ojo. Home Video phone will be a HUGE market and Motorola knows it.

It depends what your risk-level is like and how much you expect to gain. Motorola is an 800-pound gorilla and the Ojo sales won't affect the books until at least 2006-07. If all you want is 10% a year - go with a giant like that. If you have some risk money and am ready to do some DD and perhaps risk it for 500% gain - WGAT is a better choice. I'm young and don't need Motorola's stock to slow down my portfolio. I did with RAE today what MOT would do in a year.

until one of the established VOIP companies with a big subscriber base puts one of these out CHEAP or FREE it won't catch on.. IE vonage or your cable company... my money is on the cable company since they have the biggest sub base.

If you people think people are gonna blow $700 on another shitty designed video phone you have to have sitting next to your computer (just like that $50 webcam and the computer that already does it all) your fooling yourself. Don't listen to this guy, he's running around with a boner for no reason.

Ok, then.. I'll play. I don't like ******* any more than anyone else

This companys financials suck. They have about 12 mill in the bank, and are burning 2.5-3 Mill/quarter. Their revenue last quarter was 125K. They raised their money through an additional stock sale, although they have been public for years & almost certainly made a killing during the boom (having traded at ~50-60/share).

They also have some strange accounting problem, which may be nothing, but they didn't say much about it. I'm not sure what it means, but it's spooky:
                                  http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050401/phf049.html?.v=1

So, they are cash poor, in debt over their value, and are manufacturing hardware (which will drive their costs through the roof), AND JUST starting to market this new device. This is their last bet.

Don't get me wrong man, I wish you the best of luck, but this is a *loooonnnng* shot. This company doesn't have 5 years to see VOIP video phones take off. they have 1-2 years, maybe.

                                  Counterpoint?

                                  I like ducks.

Exactly. But the day Motorola announces a deal (my guess is that the first bundled deal will be with Comcast) the price will jump to $7-8 before you even realize that. Why pay such premium? It was available at $2-3 just a few weeks ago

People spend money on gadgets, in case you haven't noticed. $300 on iPod, $300 on PSP (then $50 on a freakin game), $400 on RAZR, and the list goes on. This is just the MSRP. One deal and the price drops to $400-500 to the consumer. Time will tell.

A $50 webcam just doesn't cut it anymore. You have to understand that not everyone is like you. Some prefer to pay $30 for an mp3 player in thailand, while others (MILLIONS) get an iPod for $300.

Nor should you. You should always do your own due diligence and I try to mention it often. This is merely a heads-up on an emerging market and a potential leader

I'll get back to it later this evening. Gotta start helping my gf cook for Passover Thanks for a serious response!

People spend money on gadgets, in case you haven't noticed. $300 on iPod, $300 on PSP (then $50 on a freakin game), $400 on RAZR, and the list goes on. This is just the MSRP. One deal and the price drops to $400-500 to the consumer. Time will tell.

The potential market is big. To name a few: soldiers, relatives who live abroad (I'm getting 2, one for me and one for my family!), divorced families (daddy says good morning to the kids - every morning), business users, grandma who wants to see the kids more often, PHONE SEX. The applications are endless. This emerging market needs to be created, and a monster like Motorola will have no problem doing so, IMHO. It perfectly fits to their Connected Home vision, where the Ojo will be a key ingredient.

True, but then again - why would they? The product is not yet selling, who needs yet another hype? Let the stock grow naturally. (and don't compare this GFY thread to 1 single word by Motorola ). The Ojo is on their freakin home page - what more do you want? Of all the products - the Ojo is there. It's their silent launch strategy. Besides, like we all know, no one knows what the demand will be like and if I was the CEO I wouldn't want to associate this new product with their amazing Q1 results just yet. Everything has time. Motorola is definitely serious about the Ojo, enough to give it its own booth at January's CES show.

We all have "bad hair days" and (girls) who just woke up with no make up on. The other person on the line is not stupid and a simple 'no' would do it, unless your friend is really dumb.

Their revenue last quarter was 125K. They raised their money through an additional stock sale, although they have been public for years & almost certainly made a killing during the boom (having traded at ~50-60/share).

                                                                                            Counterpoint?

Do you think for a second Motorola's financial wizards didn't go over Worldgate's books 50 times already? If Motorola likes it - there's no reason to look for excuses in WGAT's financials. The company did not start selling for crying out loud. Who are we on GFY to say Worldgate's financials make it a bad investment when a powerhouse such as Motorola is in bed with the company and sees it as an integral part of their Connected Home multimillion dollar vision?
