Cheap? Well, yuo definately will be living in upper orange county... There is Santa Ana, Anaheim and Orange. Maybe La Mirada...
Good places to live, Placentia, Fullerton, Brea....
Better places, Tustin, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda...

Anaheim hills might be your best bet. the OC is not the cheap. North santa ana is not so bad and orange like above.Comment

Your gonna need a lot more than a hundred grand a year to afford a fucking house anywhere in sourthern Cal. Orange County is expensive. You can look to spend at least a grand a month for a one bedroom apartment, possibly even a studio apartment as well.

anaheim has an area filled with trailer parks, near all the car dealerships for under a grand a month. renting a 1 bedroom apartment in santa ana is about a thousand per month right now.Comment

borders Newport beach and huntington beach for like 1800/month
