Batts... (i'm being serious here), tell her to do squats and lunges with like a 5 pound dumbell.. or maybe 8 pounds in each hand. do 3 sets of 12-18 reps and she will tone up her ass and even fill it out more really fast.

the butt muscle (gluteus maximus) is one of the easiest muscles to develop... and the more she does those squats and lunges, the more tone and her ass will actually get perkier and sit higher.
