Some KUNT Is Trying To Scam Me [RANT]

He bought a PDA from me on eBay, paid through PayPal. Funds cleared and withdrawn and PDA sent. It was in mint condition and absolutely complete!

I get an e-mail from the buyer that he received it and it's fine only he's pissed coz I charged ?5 more for shipping than it actually cost! I say hey I use flat fee and you agreed to that by entering into the auction. I never hear anything back....

Now 2 weeks later I get a buyer complaint thru PayPal from him, he wants a full refund because the PDA was incomplete and damaged! The fucker even left me positive feedback on eBay and is now claiming a full refund!

So I explained everything to PayPal and am just hoping that they decide in my favor, otherwise I'm sueing that bitch! Anyone have any advice how to get PP on my side?

Oh and this is something only Dutchies will understand:

yeh that's a good plan about the positive feedback and such. I'd hate to abandon this PP account. I've had it since 2001 and have had hundreds of succesfull transactions. I'm kinda attached to it lol.

Well eBay owns PayPal so of course. Fact is PayPal is NOTORIUS atscrewing seels out of their moeny for these reasons. It's not the buyer that has to prove anything it's the seller. How do you PROVE something wasn't damaged before you sent it? With a MO there aren't any fees and the money is good. I also wouldn't sell to anyone outside the US.

I'm in NL and I sold to someone in NL so no problem there, but yeh it would be wise not to sell to anyone outside the US if you're US-based.

I know eBay owns PayPal, they might have strict rules but I bet a pretty high % of the cases in which a user lost money was due to the fact that they broke the policy. It's always easy to blame someone for breaking the rules if you broke them first. I have had my account suspended 3 times in 4 years and all 3 times it was solved with a simple phone call or fax.

I disagree, voting for him will just divide the parliament more than ever. LPF was supposed to make a difference... well they did, they crashed and burned one cabinet and we're left out after it. I do not believe Wilders can make a difference, politicians know that people are getting fed up with how things are going but they simply do not care. The name Murat itself is not what I judge, it's the fact that, like Andre said, an extremely high % of crimes are committed by Moroccans and I merely used the name Murat to illustrate this.
