Planning a fight in public is a very stupid thing to do, and if someone does it, it means that the fight will never happen. Just because everybody knows that if you plan a fight in a big board like this one, the police will be there, before you even start the fight.
So, Jim if you would really like to kick someones ass, you would just go as a surprise to any of those webmasters conventions and kick the dude there.
It's more than obviously, this fight will never take place and that it's pure bla bla bla.
