ok I know people are going to chuck a sicky now and then but :

is philipines realy that dangerous a place that a family member gets fucked up every other week ?!

I mean how many fucking family members do you have that a dozen or more get sick and die a year so you have to take so many days off ? :o)

The "death in the family" is always the most common. I had one guy I used for years who had his grandmother die 3 times. I asked him how many he had and he changed it to his aunt.

i dont know who you are using for your outsourcing, but i havent heard 1 excuse out of my iwebmaster team

i TRY to give the guys a day off once my servers went down.. and they pretty much said no.. sat there w/o a project to do, instead of going home.. and i told em id pay em for the day..

Here's by far the best one I got. Guy went on his honeymoon, told me he would be back in a week, and got this excuse 2 1/2 weeks later...

Dont even talk to me about them today.

Have had to speak to mine today about a job that I could have done myself in two days that has taken him two weeks and I still have to finish.

He has never worked a whole month without at least a few days off. Excuses include. Mum in hostpital, Fever, weather storms, high blodd presure, flu, out of breath.

You get what you pay for I guess, you pay 1/4 of the price and get 1/4 of the work done
