He gassed what, a few hundred people? We've killed how many civilians so far (by "accident" of course)? I believe the number is in the XX,XXX and the country is still out of control.
Sometimes it takes an animal to keep other animals under control.

he gassed an entire village... i think the number was around 5000 people. he did countless massacres of people. after the first gulf war, when people were protesting they had military choppers straffing crowds with .50 caliber machine guns. he has killed more people than anyone will ever know. and he killed his own people.
they country is out of control because a bunch of religious fanatics are jockying for power.
