You are referring to minority extremists, who, for one reason or another, have been fed with reason to "hate". These people do not represent entire countries. Hell - the US is clearly no different to the "haters" in other countries - there are plenty examples of that on GFY.
Nobody "hates" whole countries - if they do - they are fucking stupid.
