    What's your fav. dish lately?

    I got into mushrooms a lot..
    All sorts of mushrooms. I make them with olive oil, garlic, parzli and other spices.
    That and chinese rice. This kind of meal doesn't need meat and you don't feel hunry an hour later coz the mushrooms are very rich in proteins.

                  err.. ok they MAY have some of that slow digesting protein... in fact, up to 20% of them is that that stuff.

                              chicken tikka masala and vegetable jalfrezzi....with a SHITLOAD of hot pepper...enough to make your scalp sweat...now THAT is some good stuff....feels kinda menthol-ish coming out though, that's the only downside...

                                              My fav is a 24 oz. prime grade NY Strip steak right off the grill cooked just past rare but not quite medium rare. Top it with lots caramelized onions and mushrooms sauteed in too much butter and I'm set for the night!!
