I guess you did what you could, but since it wasnt working out I emailed this thread to the contact in your website:

After 10 days talking to you on ICQ and seing it was out of your reach to fix it, I had to try going over you.
I see you did send me $30 from your personal account to make up for the delay, that probably wasnt your fault anyway.
I guess you're not going to point your finger at your boss or your coleagues, so let's just leave it. I have my payment plus $30, and I have more work to do.
