I do give him credit for showing up given how people feel towards the guy. I saw him a bit before he got tossed/taken to his room with the guy that was keeping an eye on him as he was so drunk. Wouldn't stop shaking and then trying to keep shaking my hand as I was leaving the Diplomat to go to my hotel room but put it off to him being just really drunk. No big deal. No harm, no foul.
