His company is in Las Vegas. (not licensed I am sure) Its a long story, I started modelgig.com over 3 yrs ago...
About a year ago he convinced me to go work for his company as marketing director and that we would merge modelgig.com into his corporation. Shortly after I transferred the domain name into the corporation he locked me out of the admin to the site and told me that he didnt need me anymore.
I have been trying to contact him and getting no repsonse. He has told numerous people that he bought the site from me. I never got a dime. I am grying to avoid a lawsuit but I guess since he is not responding I have no choice.

Your right, I should have. But I tried to give him time to come clean and pay me. I also moved on to bigger and better things. But fuck that, I am getting more pissed all the time. Especially when people tell me that he says he bought it from me.
