Epassporte - stinks....

    Epassporte - stinks....

    They closed my account 3 months ago without even telling me the reason. I have got money in my account. I kept calling them and they said I have to send an email to them. and when I sent emails they never replied. I called again and I have been asked to send an email again and it has been a month now but no reply.

    They said I had a suspicious transaction in my account. they never said what it was or who it was. They suspected fraud.

    Can people simply close your account while you have got money in it and stop responding all your queries and they expect to get away with it??? Is this not the biggest fraud??
    No signature.. I am bored of the signatures aswell..

                      Epass is cool, just that i heard people do some shit like hack money hehehe no idea what that means, keyser should help you out, he helped me, so just contact him.
                      If you think about it, no internet-money-pocket such as paypal epass webmoney e-gold or any of the others are perfect, paypal sucks, epass doesn't dispute, just live with it.

                              Yeah =\ Epass outsourced the majority of their staff and then those they outsourced decided to outsource again to some other jokers in third world nations it seems like.

                                      Keyser doesn't even have "access to the system", quoting what he said previously.

                                      He's just like any of the reps that the sponsors hire to sit at home on ICQ and help people. Except, he can't actually help people. He must have a batphone or something he picks up and it rings a half-competent tech at epass.

                                        Can you please contact me and I will find out why this happened.

                                        In regards to outsourcing: There is a offices in LA and Toronto and the call center is in Florida to my knowledge I am the only one working for ePassporte that is located outside North America.

                                            And to add to the outsourcing I live in Denmark not a place you outsource to, to save on expenses.
                                            Its one of the most expensive countries in the world to live in and the minimum wage is $15+ an hour.

                                              If you don't work in any of their offices, that still makes you an outsourced employee, by definition. Low-wage or high-wage makes no difference. Not all outsourcing happens due to desire to cut back costs, some happens to increase quality as well. See it this way, most design work is outsourced, regardless of who takes the job.

                                                took a while for keyzer to show up. not like it matters, he likes to point out that he is here to help. but in the end, hes just trying to smooth out the situation which is best for epass's reputation.
