Because they know if they use it Israel will reduce Iran to glass. why has no one except the US used a nuclear bomb? The consequences are worse than you could ever imagine.
In a world with scary weapons like nuclear bombs it's safest if a few people have them.
At the moment the only people to have them in that region are the peace loving Israelis.
