It doesn't say "No spamming other
webmaster boards" or "No spamming
competing boards"; it says "No spamming
other boards". Personally, I don't think GFY is asking to much with their rules so I prefer to respect that and stay well within the lines; but that's just me. I'm not even saying that he did it on purpose or with any malice or disregard; but if he did, he sure has some balls
