At this point, I wouldn't worry or believe what the rep uses as an excuse from the Boss, or accounting, or whatever. I would demand they take it down from the promotion area, and pay up with penalty fees. Or out them big-time. It sucks when the average worker gets screwed, I've been in that situation a number of times myself.
