    Is it normal for a host to NOT allow ssh access to have a script installed?

    anyone ever have this problem?

      If you have dedicated then they will give you access if you have virtual they will not give you access because your sharign with other people

          are you on dedicated or virtual?

          If on dedicated I see no reason why not. Some places make you sign waiver if given SU access as you can really fuck shit up if you dont know what you are doing.

              you could remove all your files if you had ssh access. just make sure you know what you are doing.

              but if you have your own dedicated its usally given to you

                  It's a virtual account. I was trying to have a trade script installed for one of my new MGP's. Fuck it, I guess i'll just get a dedicated.

                          nope, infact was installing arrow trader last night, created a ticket for oxeo, got a response real fast, setup the script and they closed the ssh account.. since i dont need it anymore.. good shit
