    iwantu.com BEWARE

    i sent tons of joins to aac and never had a single refund/chargeback, i sent 18 to iwantu.com and had 6 CHARGE BACK/REFUNDED!?

    anyway, aside from the serious shaving? fraud?... it says in "payment history" ive been paid several times, i have not recieved a single payment to date, im not going to bother with it as its only $500 or $600.

    let this be a warning to all

                                                                      I've been with iwantu for over 2 years and been paid in FULL on time everytime. I assure you they do NOT shave whatsoever, I've seriously never worked with a more honest company. The chargebacks you are seeing are most likely from some scammer country with a high fraud rate. See Iwantu takes worldwide traffic, most other sites dont accept all of these countries for the exact reason your seeing, they charge back like crazy.

                                                                      As far as payments go contact Lara or your account rep and Im sure they will get to the bottom of it.

                                                                          same happened to me, they are not chargebacks, they are cancellations Iwantu just fucked up in reporting them and you will get all that money back. It also said I was sent a check which never happened. Go into your account and check to see what payment method you have down. I think shit got fucked up when they moved from old to new affiliate reporting backend.

From the owner down to all his employees they are wonderful to deal with. There are quite a few of there employees on this board. Don't you think you would be better off trying to deal with them rather than trying to threaten there reputation?

                                                                                      In the end you only will make yourself look bad and they will only come out stronger..

                                                                                      Btw--I am not saying this is you but it seems 9/10 times people who bitch about companies on boards are people sending crap traffic trying to scam there way out of getting money they don't deserve.

                                                                                      Do you really think an affiliate would want to not pay a person sending good traffic??

                                                                                              datezonline, I've been working with iwantu.com since 1996 and we have always received positive comments about our affiliate program. We actually pride ourselves with our program's honesty and integrity. That is one of the reasons why we added the top 100 affiliates LIVE on cashring, so people can constantly be aware of payouts. We also do weekly payments now so our affiliates receive their money faster!

                                                                                              In your case, for the chargebacks, you definitely should contact us so we can figure out together what is wrong. Some traffic converts better than other, we would definitely need to analyze your traffic to see where it would be best to redirect. We deal with our affiliates individually to provide them the best services and support.

                                                                                              For your payments history, contacting our support (lara @ cashring) can solve your problem very quickly. We can immediately see if payments were actually sent out or not ( maybe you set your limit to a very high minimum for payouts) and it is guaranteed that if for some reason, you didn't receive the payment, we'll obviously re-issue another check!

                                                                                                                                                                      If you really sent the same traffic and amount of traffic to one sponsor and then to the next and got drastic differences then this is the perfect example of how important finding the right sponsor is.

                                                                                                                                                                      Conversion ratios, Chargebacks or Cancellations, Free signups, Trial membership joins, etc... all of that doesn't mean shit. If you made more with AAC then switch back to them or try someone else. If you happened to make more with Iwantu then who cares if you got more chargebacks. The amount printed on your check is all that matters... It sounds like you will get paid, I would be willing to bet they don't stiff you.

Find a new sponsor and move on. I had a sponsor I sent 120 sign ups and haven't seen a check yet. They came up with a standard reply and kept the money. Tough shit... no more traffic for them.

                                                                                                                                                                                  datezonline, allow me to respond to your questions (which, BTW, our system has NO record of you even bothering to submit to customer support or your rep before bringing it here).

                                                                                                                                                                                  Before addressing your points though, I see a problem with your screenshot right away! I see only 3 refunds/chargebacks, not 6. Look at the image yourself, you show 3 in March for - $75.00, but in April your returns column shows 3 but for $0.00. This means those three are regular cancels.

                                                                                                                                                                                  First, as Veteran'sDay said above, there was a small issue with cancels on the pay-per-signup program that caused some to get credited as chargebacks. The issue was fixed and money credited back.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Second, as for payments, we have NEVER not sent a payment. Contact your rep or support and they will look into it for you asap, more than likely you entered bad payment information. We do not spin a wheel and say 'hrm, let's pay these guys this time and not this guy'.

                                                                                                                                                                                  You are free to do as you wish, but I ask that next time you hit an issue, try contacting us first
