export the movie in flash.... you can choose your output settings....

i use swish (simplfied version of Flash) all i can do is export to SWF, I need to figre out how to convert the SWF file to a movie format like AVI or MPG

it can be done but you'll need macromedia Flash

nope. don't need flash at all ;)

First I hit google, to see what was there for swf - avi converters, but I found over 3 million responces

so I was hoping someone here used a similar program thay could recomend to me, after hunting through a bunch of flash type message fourms i found one program that kept popping up in posts like mine....

I checked out the free demo and it wors perfectly for what I need to do, so i'll buy it in the morning whne I wake up and finish these mini projects.
