What could cause my server or sites to send cookies?

A webmaster of a tgp just told me my pages are sending out cookies. I am very confused cause I don't even know how to set it up to send cookies.

Is my server hacked? What software causes a server to webpage to send out cookies????

Lets see... counters, ads from other sources, iframes, any tracking or stats software you might have... a url might help!
