Thats good insight to online dating. Nowdays with people having less leisure time, people are looking for a "quick fix", they only have time to find themselves a date during lunch break and meeting someone online can forgo alot of the akward first date jitters, plus you both are out for the same thing.

Good post Pussyman. Adult internet and dating go hand in hand. If your not capitalizing, you're loosing $$ money.

Totally agree, a few months ago i started making my own tours and putting profiles of average looking girls really helped out my ratios. I guess when you stick 7 through 10's on there it just makes it seem like another porn site but 4s,5s,and 6's make it seem real. Great post pussyman

From what I've seen, I agree. Sex personals sites can be a hard sell in the sense that a lot of surfers think they aren't legit (that is, the women on the site aren't real). If you show them playmates, the skeptical ones will balk.

Try showing some girl-next-door/amateur profiles, esp. combined with GEO ads, and the click-throughs -> sign-ups increase.

We have known for a long time that average people get more people in the door. The first time I put a dolly bird on the front page I was inundated with hate mail from women saying, "if that's what you've got on the inside, I can't compete and I'll go elsewhere."

..and from some men but not tons we got, "finally a place with real people".

so we've never strayed from that approach.
