I'm happy with some whole grain bread toasted, with some nice chunky peanut butter on it, and cup after cup of hot coffee.
Either that or a bowl of whole grain cereal.... but you said you're out of milk.
When I'm up for a big breakfast I usually go whole hog, with the scrambled eggs, spicey hash browns a la CD, lean pork sausages, toast and coffee. I do that about once a week.
