Damn dude I have a list at home of some Rubs I have messed around with.
You can't go wrong with a brown sugar,paprika, chili powder, chili flake, cumin, garlic salt, onion powder, wee bit of mustard powder, black pepper, oregano/thyme mix. Cut that membrane skin from the bone.. rub er down let em sit in the fridge for a good 6 hours.. then slow cook them bitches.
