I don't feel she commited a crime. I don't feel Ray Guhn commited a crime.
If you feel people like her and Ray Guhn should be arrested and convicted so be it. I couldn't imagine those kind of charges and convictions simply because they work in the adult industry are good for the industry. Maybe your take on it is that individuals like her, Ray Guhn, and Chris Wilson deserve what they get.
