Mostly because she's done it again and again despite being in court before and having lost. That's my knowledge of the thing.. I don't know if I'm right or wrong, nor do I really care.
It's all fine and dandy the first time around, but if you continue to do something court has forbidden you to do, it's YOUR fault..not the systems. Move out if you want to continue what you're doing.
