If someone opens a case against you, and you are 100% sure you are gonna win cuz the guy is a complete retard and doesnt understand shit. So you decide to fight it in court instead of just giving what the guy wants(money or whatever).
My question, can you automatically countersue for whatever legal fees you need for a lawyer.

I see a lot of cases where the PLAINTIFF sues(and wins) for everything they ask , PLUS the lawyer fees, when they win, the judge gives it all. But can you, as the DEFENDANT, countersue for lawyer fees if you win your case?(if you win, this means the plaintiff was wrong and all these fees you encountered was his fault)
