I have a few suggestions...
make your banner so it is read as a Z
your Logo or URL should be clearly exposed on the bottom right corner of your picture. Red is good. Probably the best color for this kinda add because it makes your text stand out. There should not be more than 7 graphical elements in it.
I think your FA in the circles should go and be replaced by your URL in white.
Remove the "we bring it" and leave Facial Abuse.

The "we bring it" adds a lot of weight to your banner and it will not be read because it is a funny looking font.
