That's who usually gets screwed by these pieces of junk. I bought a Chinese-made go-cart for my son and it was nothing but trouble. Had to be returned to the dealer for a refund, after 6 months of trying to get it repaired to where it would function properly. (i.e. so my 12 year old son didn't have to use ignition spray to get it started and risk blowing his face or hands off). The dealer literally had to quit selling the whole line, which included mini-bikes and ATVs as well. There is not a single quality ATV that comes from China.
If you want to do a decent contest, then offer a quad from an established company, (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, etc.) 90 cc or whatever their smallest size is. All you are giving away here is a headache.
For some reason the Chinese atv's just haven't blossomed yet. Partially due to a non-existant dealer network (almost impossible to get repairs/parts), and partially due to them being made poorly. (which is why they are so much cheaper than your standard ATV)
