    cheapest vps out there?

    I found one for $1.75 a month

                  I'm curious why anyone doing business would entrust their revenue stream with the cheapest service they can find online?

                      Doesn't have to be for hosting, you can use a cheap vps for lots of different things.

                          im not using it for any web hosting, or anything like that, i do a lot of shell scripting, but all my machines are freebsd, need a linux box for testing stuff out as some stuff is different, i have ubuntu loaded in vmware, but i wouldnt mind a vps.

                                      I do know people that use the cheapest hosting they can find, start submitting galleries to places like theHun, and then are absolutely amazed when the VPS host shuts them down. And then, instead of paying for service sufficient to their needs, they simply go get another cheapie account and repeat the cycle.
