    Fuck you very much Comcast.

Not only have you cost me valuable time online this last week with your multiple outages.....God knows how many joins/sales these fuck ups have cost various Internet companies this week.

I know my traffic has been down since this shit started.

Kinda difficult to make money to pay my broadband bill when my income is based on your shit actually working and you can't seem to get that right.

when are people going to learn to change their dns to what i suggested?

      4.2.2.1
      4.2.2.2

i will say it over and over again...CHANGE IT

i just installed windows on a fresh machine of mine last night, and I was instantly down with comcast, til I remembered to manually put those dns #'s in there...i was up instantly when I did that

i dunno about you dude, but my isp, everytime you call

          it starts out like....

"The greater areas of vermont, the greater area of mass, the greater area of etc. etc. are fucked....we are aware that your state is experiencing issues, theres no need to hang on for tech support"

sometimes i call for fun just to see what state is down

i think Comcast oversold their network, or hooked it up ass backwards.
do a tracert to any site you want, takes about 10 or 15 hopes just to get out of their network.

Considering that today is the first time I've seen this suggestion....I guess I'm just a slow learner or something.

Sorry that I never listened to the advice that I never saw you give in the past.

I should be crucified for this oversight.
