    Evening all.. anyone tried those web based Spanish lessons?

    There are so many - anyone actually tried one they can recomend?

    I did 2 years at school, but it was so long ago I think I can just about remember how to ask for beer and toilet paper. I know thats 2 of lifes essentials sorted out, but I may want to eat at some point.

    Any good ones you know of?

      "they" say Rosetta stone is the best. I haven't tried it though.

                  I went to college. The web-based lessons would have been cheaper... A couple of years living in Madrid might have been cheaper.

                      Im spending the winter in Costa Rica - that has to be the cheapest option of all, but I need to be able to order pizza and broadband.

                      So thats beer, pizza, tiolet paper and broadband...... I dont need Spanish lessons at all

                          Spanish is easy. i lived in spanish speaking country for half a year and i feel it is very easy.

                              I always thought Spanish would be the hardest.

                              I learned functional Japanese from a book with the accompanying CD in about 6 months. But, for some reason I couldn't figure out Spanish at all.
                              I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
