yes i think alot of western countries would love to see the current power structure in iran removed.
when i said "the arabs " i ment the extremist...like al queda...like hezbollah and like hamas..might all have different short term goals..but....all have the same ultimate goal..take over israel and then Make israel a moslem state....its all good ...all im saying is there is no "wich ones worse" in these middle easst conflict...wich i might add has been going on since the beggining of "civilized society" over there.... Funny how we go to history class and learn about these relgious wars ..but the past seems to be the present..with different names

I agree, but I also think that some atrophy is due within the region. Iran is pushing too hard for too much and I think you will see some other mideast countries "silently" backing US short term goals. Patience is somewhat virtuous in such respect.
Al Quada was wise in trying to unite the front, however, I doubt Hezbollah cares to assist.
