In a few years, this may become a real problem. I don't believe it will take very long before completely lifelike 3D models become possible, and after that, they'll probably become a real option for the adult industry as replacement for models as well. (just imagine a gorgeous model who never flakes, never ages, doesn't die, doesn't get fat, doesn't have boyfriends, will do anything, etc., and you'll quickly see why)
With virtual models, though, you obviously have no docs proving age and such. Moreover, while "virtual cp" is illegal, how could you ever prove that a model is "over 18"? A virtual remake of the early Tawnee Stone, for example, could easily pass for 17. Without docs to prove she is of age, conservative governments could prosecute at will.
