Have studied 2257 for a few milliseconds what is clear is there is no place that sets out what you must do exactly. Wait there is the one piece of advice all have and that is hire an attorney.

All sort of places like the FSC that provide useful news about 2257. Since we are so fucking dumb, we need the exact forms to maintain and a clear definition of what must be reported on these forms. Exactly what situation requires the forms. Are there exceptions and what are they.

Point is the law is not clear yet and the answer to many questions just aren't available until more test cases make it through the legal system. I'm not an attorney, so none of this represents a legal opinion.
