True- I doubt this is staged and if it is another tmobile especially, everyone should be advised that tmobile claimed a copyright on all of their clients' images for starters.

Check with your own attorney (disclaimer), but if this turns out to be a big vida hacked spike or "vida" traffic kicks up- it is ok to talk about the occurance etc. but not alright to display the pics. So, get the traffic, don't use the actual pics or make any false claims and you should be ok.

Not arguing w/ you, just curious. I have been told (by legal professionals) that the copyright defaults to the original creator of the image, so how can they do that?

As far as I know, once copyright and enforcement begins, then that prevents a widely used image from becoming public domain. In other words, if a once private photo gets widely circulated and nobody steps up to the plate, over time the photo becomes public domain. Public domain is a rare occurance I will add with high profile things like peoples' personal and private pics.

if this goes spikey, we do well with related traffic in droves sent at times of great increases in public interest. none of our ads will get you sued so use us.

some other programs will build a site for these vida pics and the u.s. webmasters will all get sued first. walk the line and be able to collect without somebody coming back to you to collect it later a la allyson williams vs a bunch of companies and individuals due to a juicybucks ad.
